  1. Solve Quantitative Questions – Students should solve them in words, include brief sentences & need mathematical proofs & rough solutions. Students will be given 45 minutes to solve 22 questions in this subtest.
  1. Problem Inferring Relationships – Students should make connections between word pairs by using common themes here. Students will be given 10 minutes to solve 22 questions in this subtest.
  1. Completing Patterns – A chart with nine blocks will be given & eight blocks will contain figures. The 9th block will be a question mark.

The arrangement of figures executes according to the given rule. The student’s task is to find the rules & apply them to find the 9th figure. Students will be given 20 minutes to solve questions in this subtest.

  1. Continuing Numerical Series – Continuing numerical series supplies a series of numbers arranged according to the given rule. Knowledge of basic mathematics like addition, subtraction, multiplication & division is sufficient to answer these types of questions. Students will be given 25 minutes to solve 22 questions in this subtest.

Subject-Specific Test Module

Every student should choose one of four subject-specific modules reacting to he/she anticipated course of undergraduate studies.

Mainly subject-specific modules consist of subjects like Humanities, Cultural Studies, Social Sciences, Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science & Natural Sciences, and Economics.

Humanities, Cultural Studies & Social Sciences Module

The humanities, Cultural Studies & Social Sciences modules are divided into three subtests. Students will get 2 Hour 30 Minutes to answer these questions.

  1. Understanding & interpreting texts – Understanding & interpreting texts to examine a Student’s capability to read, understand & draw conclusions from short paragraphs. Developing language skills is a must here. Students will get 22 questions & 45 minutes will be given to solve the questions.
  1. Using representation systems flexibility – Representation systems flexibility shows the content of a text in a diagram. A diagrammatic illustration has to be put in words. Refer to influencing reasoning skills by showing text in charts to create general conclusions. Students will get 22 questions & 55 minutes will be given to solve the questions.
  1. Recognizing Linguistic Structures – Indicate capability to recognize language patterns & relationships. Students should need to derive definitions from unknown words & grammar in a fictional language and then use them to create new sentences. Students will get 22 questions & 50 minutes will be given to solve the questions.

testAS subjects

Engineering Module

Test indicates a student’s ability to interfere with their concepts from abstract to scientific & technical studies. This test module consists of three subtests. Students will solve 22 questions in each.

  1. Formalizing Technical Interrelationships – Students need to formalize the representation of data, and technical interrelationships by sending tech or science facts defined verbally into a formulaic presentation. The mainstream of this field is covered in physics. Students will be given 60 minutes to solve 22 questions in this subtest.
  1. Visualizing Solids – Identifying three-dimensional objects, Indicates students’ spatial sense. Students are questioned to infer perspectives of solid material from another view. This subtest consists of two parts (Question type 1 & Question type 2), consist 13 questions each. Students will be given 30 minutes to solve 26 questions in this subtest.
  1. Analysing Technical Interrelationship – Need to Analyse & explain figures, charts & tables representing technical laws & formulae. Astronomy, physics, Chemistry & Earth Sciences questions appear here. This section contains questions from various technical areas. The student’s task is to imagine simple technical procedures & recognize technical interrelationships. Students will be given 6o minutes to solve 22 questions in this subtest.

Mathematics, Computer Science & Natural Sciences

The test modules of Mathematics, Computer Science & Natural Sciences consist of 2 subtests. Students will be given 22 questions to solve.

  1. Analysing Scientific Interrelationship – Examines a candidate’s general knowledge of natural science concepts by introducing them with texts & illustrations which need to sort out facts & then solve & figuring out questions. The question might be on the subjects of botany & geography. For scoring, purpose refers to high education science & math data. Students will be given 60 minutes to solve 22 questions.
  1. Understanding Formal Depictions – Consider the ability to interchange topics by figuring data shown in a text format in flowchart. Students will be given 85 minutes to solve 22 questions.

Economics Module

The test module of economics consists of 2 subtests. Students will be given 22 questions to solve.

  1. Analysing Economic Interrelationships – Examines students’ capability by analysing economic tables, charts & diagrams. Students will be given 65 minutes to solve 22 questions.
  1. Analysing Processes – Needs to convert economic facts into charts. Assesses critical & analytical ability skills by examining a proper sequence. Semi-natural science covers half of the natural science here.

The student’s task is to analyze interrelationships & interpret them correctly.

For each question, choose the correct option from the four given options. It will be in the form of A, B, C or D & mark the right option on your answer sheet. Students will be given 65 minutes to solve 22 questions.
