Internship MBA (iMBA)

Management and Leadership

The 18-month, 36-credit iMBA (internship-based MBA) in Management & Leadership prepares students to effectively manage and lead in today’s complex workforce.

iMBA kick-starts the students’ careers by placing them in a 12-month internship after 6 months of management training. After completion of the iMBA, students can apply for the OTP (Optional Training Program) and continue to gain skills through further work experience.

Internship MBA in Management and Leadership

The program prepares students for their careers by exposing them to a rich body of research in managerial theory, and also by incorporating 9 credits of internship experience in the New York City metropolitan area as a capstone experience.

Students will develop skills in:
• organization
• administration
• launching a business enterprise or startup
• quantitative reasoning
• corporate social responsibility management

The Master of Business Administration programs at Dowling College are accredited by the International Assembly for Collegiate Business Education (IACBE) and have been approved by and duly registered with the New York State Education Department.

Admission Criteria :
• 3- or 4-year Bachelor’s degree
• TOEFL : 75
• IELTS : 6.0
• PTE : 50
• No prior work experience required
• No GMAT or GRE is required (recommended for scholarships)
